Your safety is our highest priority. All activities are conducted using a SAMSA-compliant vessel operated by a licensed skipper. Every guest receives a comprehensive safety briefing before departure, and approved life jackets are provided and must be worn throughout the experience.
Our experiences are suitable for beginners through to experienced participants. Families, friends, couples and groups are all welcome.
Children are welcome but must be accompanied by a responsible adult and meet the minimum participation requirements for the selected activity.

Not at all! Our waterskiing sessions cater for beginners through to experienced skiers. Our professional crew will guide you through the basics and help you get comfortable on the water.
Bring your swimwear, towel, sunscreen and a change of clothes. We provide the waterskiing equipment and safety gear. It’s also worth bringing a warm layer, as conditions on the lagoon can change quickly.
No problem! Your skipper and crew will explain everything before you get in the water, including how to use the skis, hold the tow rope and communicate with the boat. Your first goal is simply to get up and enjoy the ride!
Safety comes first. You’ll receive a safety briefing and be provided with the appropriate safety equipment. Your skipper manages the boat and conditions throughout the session, and all instructions must be followed. Life jackets are an essential part of waterskiing safety.
The safety of our guests always comes first. If weather or lagoon conditions are unsuitable, we may need to delay, reschedule or cancel the session. We’ll keep you informed and work with you on the best available option.
